The rewards I get from my work are something that no amount of money can buy:
- New clients walking through my door desperate, despondent and dejected leaving two hours later chatting merrily as if they hadn’t a care in the world.
- Hearing back from delighted clients on changes that they didn’t believe were possible
- Whether in early teens or later stages of life, helping people all ages to let go of their stresses and struggles to lead happier and healthier lives.
Whilst I help clients restore their health, restore their natural body weight, take control of their cravings and much more, my work is really about changing lives.
As a Health and Wellbeing Coach and Hypnotherapist and owner of Think Healthy Be Healthy, I have a unique set of skills and experience in helping others to make changes in their lives.
With my coaching work, I have spent over ten years helping clients to build the mental power to make their desired changes and showing them powerful techniques and strategies that really work so they can make future changes by themselves.

My training and client work using Hypnotherapy, Coaching, Neurol-lingual Programming (NLP) and Eye Movement Integration (EMI) make me highly skilled and experienced in the area of transformational change.
I am a licensed member of the British Association of Hypnotherapy and NLP (BIH) and adhere to their code of Ethics in my practice.
Things that make me happy include spending time with family, blueberries, good movies, dance, walking our lovely dog, great books, Parkrun, tahini and roller-blading to name just a few.
