- Do you constantly battle with food?
- Does sugar (or other foods) have a hold over you?
- Is your eating out of control?
- Do you starve / binge eat?
- Do you use food as an emotional crutch?

A healthy relationship is where food and eating are part of your life rather than your whole life (unless you are a Chef!)
A healthy relationship is a balanced approach to food and eating. Food is a source of nutrition and nourishment. It can also be a source or pleasure enjoyed in social occasions. Where this balance is lost and food and eating are used for other purposes, an unhealthy relationship can develop.
