Breakthrough Sessions

My Breakthough Session is an intensive 1.5 hour session with a 30 minute follow up in which I use a range of techniques for a self-contained health or weight issue. For standalone issue which are not long-standing or complex and therefore do not require ongoing support, clients often find that this Breakthrough Session is all that is needed.

Alternatively, if you wish to ‘try before you buy’ one of my programmes, this intensive Breakthrough Session will provide you with first-hand experience of working with me.
