After many years of attending yoga classes and regular home yoga practice and as a life long lover of balanced health and fitness, I’ve designed classes that I’ve always wanted:

  • easy-to-fit in 30 minute yoga classes and 5-10 min mini meditations
  • can be done at your leisure from the convenience of your own home 
  • on easy to use Kajabi platform (use on laptop, phone or connect hdmi cable to TV)
  • new block of Yoga Snacks with shorter 5, 10 and 15 minute classes.

Class Types

Below are a few words on each yoga style you’ll find in my online yoga membership. If you find any class too easy or challenging, you can
adapt poses to suit your desired level.

  • Strength & Stretch: a whole body workout incl core to keep muscles strong, flexible and healthy.
  • Ashtanga: a structured active flow class connecting poses with the breath.
  • Gentle Flow: a slower, more mindful flow to help you unwind.
  • Themed Yoga: classes we all need in our lives including body part (e.g. hips or back) and specific benefit focus (e.g. improving sleep, reducing stress or sore muscles after exercise yoga) etc.
  • Yin Yoga: a nurturing class with prolonged stretches of deep connective tissue.
  • Yoga Nidra: also known as yogic sleep, promoting deep rest and relaxation.
  • Body Focus Areas: classes with a particular focus areas such as Building Core Strength, Easing Tight Shoulders and Tight Hips and Hamstrings.
  • Yoga Snacks: shorter easy to fit in classes of 5, 10 and 15 minutes – perfect to start your day or take a short break from your desk

How it works

Within 24 hours of signing up, I’ll email you details of how to access your Think Healthy Be Healthy online classes.

Your monthly fee will be taken on signup and every 30 days thereafter unless you choose to cancel. You’ll have the right to cancel your subscription at any time by emailing me via via the contact form.

If you’re new to yoga, you may want to work through the classes from the start. For experienced yogis, you can choose to work through the yoga seasons or your preferred yoga styles. Generally, the classes will involve progression over the weeks and months, covering basics in the early classes and introducing more challenging poses as time goes on.

The main way for me to keep in touch with you is by my only yoga members-only mailing list. On signup, you’ll be asked if you want to subscribe to this mailing list. You should be aware that if you choose not to sign-up, due to GDPR regulations, I’ll not be able to contact you with your online yoga access details or about changes such as new class styles or Terms and Conditions.
