WHAT’S INVOLVED?

This programme is all about you. It’s a personalised, one-to-one programme to help you change your habits, behaviours and thinking, ending the negative weight loss spiral and replacing it with a balanced healthy lifestyle.

Your programme involved weekly 1 hour coaching over a six month period to build your self-belief alongside new habits. This regular coaching will provide you with support, encouragement and accountability to retrain, refine and retain your changes and feel-good balanced healthy lifestyle

With over 16 years experience of coaching and more than 11 in wellbeing, I’ve found six months to be the ideal programme length. This allows sufficient time for you to make your desired changes and at the same time navigate the challenges of everyday life as you do. Most paths of change aren’t a straight line and my six months programme allows time to course correct as a result of inevitable challenges and setbacks that are a normal part of a change journey.

WHERE?

One-to-one sessions are held on Zoom and are suitable to clients based anywhere in the world.

  • You’ve made that deep down decision to prioritise yourself and your health
  • You are willing to fully commit to our work together, attending coaching sessions and following through with agreed actions
  • You understand that getting different results requires change and you are willing to learn, try and test as we create your own personal recipe for lasting weight loss and feelgood balanced health

WHY WORK WITH ME?

As a highly experienced Health and Mindset Coach, I help clients to leave behind the unhealthy world of dieting and focus on health instead, restoring their healthy weight in the process.

I have over 16 years experience of helping clients make their desired weight and wellbeing changes. I know the problems, obstacles and lasting solutions inside out. I am fascinated by the power within us and have immersed myself in the world of personal development and transformational change to master the art of change for myself and also to better improve client results. I have developed a powerful range of complementary techniques for making lasting change to habits and behaviour. I am a product of my tools and use all my learnings to make desired changes in my own life easily and quickly.

I am also passionate about all things healthy and favour balance over obsession. I know how it feels to feel overstressed, overweight, out of balance and out of control. I’ve been in this position too, and I have invaluable insights into what helps and what hinders people in their efforts to escape an unhealthy cycle and restore and maintain natural body weight healthily.

My clients are happy to share their success with others.—much of my new business comes from personal referrals.
